Alert on candle color change

Is it possible to setup the alert to be triggered when candle changes color from bullish to bearish and vice versa?

You could use a price data comparison in an alert's conditions to create an alert that would trigger if the price of the new candle is greater than or lower than the previous candle. The different price types available are Close, High, Open, Low, Median, Typical, Volume, and Weighted. As described in the help guide section linked below, you would need to select the Data Series as the condition object and adjust the price type as desired. The alert wouldn't change specifically based on the color of the candle, although I hope this helps to address your question.
