Login issue

Dear NinjaTrader support team,

I cannot log in to my SIM account. When I try I get this pop up error message. The login and password was generated few hours ago. It should be working.

Do you have any idea how to resolve this?

Everything is good now. It may have been the demo servers under maintenence maybe?

Thank you for your post.

The behavior you were experiencing was due to data servers undergoing maintenance at that time. Maintenance is usually finished before the markets open Sunday afternoon so that you can connect to your account again. Weekend maintenance is infrequent but expected.
