Chart Trader

Hello,

All of a sudden Chart Trader does not work (i.e. Buy Mkt is not green, Sell Mkt is not red, etc) for all of the charts in one of my windows. It works fine in all other windows for the same instrument. I'm assuming it's a setting issue, but I can't find it?

Hello 12VMan,

Currently there is not a setting that would disable the buttons located in the Chart Trader panel. Please right click in your existing chart tab at the bottom of the window->Select "Duplicate In New Window" and let me know if you see same behavior in the new window or the buttons then selectable.

The issue still persists when duplicating to a new window

So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".
