Sound alerts are not working

I am a new customer and recently purchase life time license. Unfortunately sound alerts are not working for any of the conditions in NT8. Please help

Are other Actions triggering such as the pop up dialogue?

Could you please send an image of your Alert Settings so that I can investigate this behavior?

Alerts are made of a Condition and an Action. In your image, I do not see where you configured a Condition.

Please add a Condition to complete your Alert.
