Issue with Chart Trader and OCO orders

When placing orders in a fast market such as NQ. I will click the buy or sell button on chart trader and my ATM will try to fire off, but what will happen is that it will fail to place the order and instead error out stating that the OCO ID cannot be reused. It was the first time I used it....

Before you say it. OCO is OFF. I do NOT have a bright green box that says OCO on ANY chart.

Thank you for the question.

The error messages you are receiving are a result of the ATM Strategy placing the Stop Loss target so close to the entry price that the Market Price has moved beyond the Stop Price by the time the order is able to make it to the Brokerage or Exchange.

To avoid this in the future, you will need to increase the distance that the Stop Target is placed from entry until the Market is no longer moving past the Stop Price before it is able to be Accepted and Working at the exchange.
