I have purchased the ninja trader Life time key access to the platform and funded my account with $500. I have already subscribed to the market data subscription for CME and have input my credentials on NT8. I am able to dowload historical data for market replay but for some reason when i log into my account and try to trade on sim the data wont load. It will only load to the minute im currently in and then stop loading further from that point. I need assistance on this issue.

Please confirm with your broker that your account is subscribed to real-time data for the instruments you have selected in NinjaTrader. If your broker is NinjaTrader Brokerage. Please send your inquiry to subscribe to live market data in an email to brokeragesupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com.
