Bizarre data issue (I think) need help

I have multiple workspaces that have my own indicators that I built. I use Kinetick as my data feed primarily for Forex and Futures data.

The other day I had to add on CME data with Kinetick so I had to connect to my Interactive Brokers account at the same time as my Kinetick account.

I got a bunch of weird float messages coming in as both were connected, my assumption was it was pulling in data from IB.

When I finished with the IB process, I disconnected IB and only had Kinetick open.

Since then, I have been having bizarre issues, most I have resolved, but one persists.

With one instrument, and from what I can tell one only, AUDJPY, I cannot load more than 2200 days worth of data, even on a blank chat without my indicators. All other instruments seem to be loading fine.

I have gone into Historical Data and removed AUDJPY to start fresh, and if I start on a fresh chart with say 100 days worth of minute data, it loads ok, i add up to 2200 and its fine, and when I go up to 2300 it hangs and never loads.

I am thinking I may have a database corruption issue, but I am not sure, this has taken me 2 days to try to figure out to no avail. I see there is a DB repair function, but it says only do at suggestion of Ninja support.

Any help would be appreciated, this is a huge time waste

Thank you for your post.

So we can further diagnose your system, please start NinjaTrader in Safe Mode.

Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:

• Loading workspaces.
• Connecting on start-up.
• Loading custom assemblies.
• Getting instrument updates from the server.

To enable safe mode, please use the following steps:

• Exit NinjaTrader.
• Hold the CONTROL key and double click the NinjaTrader icon.
• Keep the CONTROL key held down until you see the Control Center.
• You can verify you are in safe mode by going to Help -> About.

Once in Safe Mode please connect to Kinetick and then open a new chart window to the AUDJPY with 2300 days to load.

Does the same behavior persist?
