Portal and ACH transfers

Hi I wasn't sure exactly where to put this, but I received an email a few weeks ago that existing clients would soon be able to access all of their broker statements and make ACH transfers through a client portal.

I have not heard anything since or been able to find more information about it. Did I miss something? Or is the process of transferring clients to the portal still in process and I just need to be patient.

Any information or links to updates would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
