Historical Data Not showing up on platform

I am running latest version on Ninjatrader 8 I have Windows 10 64bit

I am trying to load intraday (minute) data for a symbol I am working with (UVXY) and chart it

Attached is an image of my ninjatrader db folder with what I assume is the data needed yet when I load ninjatrader I have no actual intraday chart data for UVXY





Even within the ninjatrader platform when I go to the import historical data tab it shows there's data for UVXY





Yet none of this shows up when I try to load a chart of intraday data of UVXY. It's like the platform has the data it just won't chart it?

Any help would be great

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3275124" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
