Issues with futures data from IB

Hi
I have some issues with getting the futures data from IB into NinjaTrader. as an example ES and NQ works fine.
ZB and CL does not work and I get the error I have attached. I have the data accessible when I am in TWS and I have the Futures market subscribtion with IB.
Therefore I am not sure why this data cannot be loaded into Ninjatrader.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3270384" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
