New chart is not loading real-time

Hi, yesterday (Sep 18th) I got my new NT8 demo account and I logged in and everything but it appears my charts are stuck, they are not moving at all and down on the timeline it says it is already Sep 20th (when it is actually Sep 19th). What could be the problem here?

Please note that futures currently don't trade. Most of them start trading again today (Sunday) at 5:00pm US Central time zone.

Hi Guys,
I have an issue here. the prices on my account demo is different than those on chart and different than in real account . I know it's a brocker manipulation but how could i know the exact information is ther any way. I can start with minus $300.
