How do you "...disable the account connection in your platform"?

Moving from Phillip Capital. Does this mean just disconnect from the data service, or is there a specific action I need to do to disable the account?

This simply means going to your connections list and disconnecting from your live account.

In NinjaTrader 8: You do this by hovering over your connection in the Connections list in the NinjaTrader Control Center, then selecting the "disconnect" option that appears. In NinjaTrader 7: You can do this by clicking File > Disconnect in the NinjaTrader Control center and selecting your live account from the list.

I can confirm the previously posted steps are accurate. Could you please provide a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end?
