Any Indicator using Historical Date Dose Not Update

I use some indicators like prior high low of the day. But the last few days they have not updated have tried reloading changing data series times but nothing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you go to the Control Center > Help > About, what is the full platform version you are using?

Have you tried restarting the computer?

Are you connected to live market data that is enabled for the instrument that is being viewed?

• Who are you connecting to?

If you open the Chart Trader panel on the chart, do you see the Ask and Bid prices and volume updating or does it just show 0's?

If you try switching the chart to a new Instrument, do the indicators plot?

Are the charts still updating and plotting new bars?

Is it every chart that the indicators are not updating, or is there only one specific chart that is not updating?

If you create a new chart with the Template set to <None>, does this chart load in?

• If you then add the "Prior Day OHLC", does it plot as expected?
• Please take a screenshot of this entire chart and include it in your response if the indicators are still not plotting

The charts do update have attached a 1-minute chart of RTY with the Prior H, L, C,O that I just created as you directed.

Thank you for the update.

I created a 1-minute chart for the RTY 12-21 and added the Prior Day OHLC indicator and my chart looks the same as yours.



The Prior Day OHLC is going to plot the Open, High, Low, and Close from the previous session. So, once these values are set, they will not change until the next session.

Please add an "EMA" indicator to the chart and set the 'Calculate' setting to "On Price Change"

• Does the EMA update as the incoming prices are changing?

Put ema on and it does update as the prices come in. Those numbers on your chart are the same but are incorrect I believe

If I compare the values on my chart to the CME's Settlements for the E-mini Russell 2000 Settlements page, the values are the same.
