Level 2 Data Not Showing

I am receiving the error:

9/13/2021 7:39:06 PM	Default	Failed to resolve instrument for market depth: F.US.ENQ.H21 could not be resolved.

I can't get level 2 data to show for NQ or ES. (haven't tried other instruments)

How do I check which data package I currently have?

How do I change my data package? I don't think I bought the level 2 package.
