What makes "Reload All Historical Data" Grayed out on Bid/Ask charts?

When I use some adapters (not Kinetick) and open Bid/Ask charts, the blank charts open, and moreover, "Reload all historical data" is grayed out: https://i.imgur.com/MsvsxhN.png
However, the "Last" price based tick charts work quite well in those adapters.
How can I solve that? The adapter vendor (contacted their tech-support) said that they do have bid/ask support in NT (so, adapter is built per nt-standards as I think), and I doubt there might be some issue in my NT installation, but what could be possible reasons for such occasion?

This would be a limitation of the provider itself. In short, if the provider you are connected to does not support historical bid/ask data, the option to reload historical data would automatically be disabled.

You may find the same e.g. on a tick-based chart if you are connected to a provider that does not provide historical tick-based data.
