    i receive this message when opennig my plateform

    Hello mlc144,

    As a first step, I would suggest restarting your computer before reconnecting via Rithmic Trader Pro (if this is how your connection has been set up).

    Should you be able to connect via Rithmic Trader Pro, please launch NinjaTrader and reconnect.

    If Rithmic Trader Pro is not able to connect it would indicate an issue with the brokerage account itself. In this case, you would have to reach out to your brokerage for further information.

    Should NinjaTrader not be able to reconnect, please send us your platform's log & trace files, we can then best assist further.

    To do this, simply click on Help > Email Support, and leave a brief "ATTN Manfred 3257491" note in it before submitting the form. That way we can quickly associate it with your post.
