TD Ameritrade Duplicate trades with as External

Hi support,

I have TD Ameritrade as my broker. After the trading session today, I disconnected NinjaTrader from the TD, then about an hour later, I started NinjaTrader and connected to TD. I notice when I do reconnect to my brokerage, I would get duplicate trades when looking at the trades through New -> Trade Performance. The duplicate trades are showing up as "External" for both the entry and exit name.

Is this a known issue? and is there a setting I can turn off to stop this from happening? I can't rely on the numbers in Trade Performance when it shows duplicate trades.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
