Charts Not Updating

I have a live connection with My Ninjatrader Continuum and the charts on any instrument are not updating in real time. I can right click and reload historical data for an update. Three instruments that I've tried are MNQ 12-21, M2K 12-21 and GC 12-21. My current version of NT8 is 8.0.24.3, 64 bit

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
