Menu behavior is driving me nuts

Hi
I have 1 very big issue with NinjaTrader which is that the menu's disappear before you can use them. An example is if I g ot to Tools-> Import -> then the fly out menu, comes to the left not the right and disappers before I can click any of the menu items. So I cannot import a NinjaScript add-on because the menu closes before I can use it. Is there a possibility to turn this "feature" off ?

Glad to assist. This would be unexpected, an options or other menu should appear with these selections. Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 3251134 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
