Create a "favorites" folder the Indicator list

I have tried searching for instructions on this... but to no avail.

I would like to create a folder in my Indicator list.. much like vendors have a folder in the list that contains their indicators...

I would like to place indicators I develop in this folder.

I have created a folder in the list, but I am unable to populate the folder with any indicators.

I created the folder here: C:\Users\xxxxxx\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\Indicators\Favorites

Can you give guidance on how to do this.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the NinjatTrader forums!

You would create the folder through the New>Ninjascript editor and then drag/drop your indicator to that folder (in the Ninjascript explorer side of the editor).

Please note the warning, "Warning: Changes to Sub-folders directly through the file system will NOT be reflected in the NinjaScript Editor. Creating and editing folders must be performed within the NinjaScript Editor."
