Volume Profile and Z order

I have noticed that the volume profile can Not be moved back using the standard procedure with the shift-mouse-scrawl. The attached image shows the result of plotting it on a bare chart (not other indicators). Note I'm using NT8 ver. 8.0.24.3 64-bit.

As an additional piece of information, I just happened to re-install a "fresh" copy of the software.

Interesting. I noticed that when I change the "Trading Hours" from the default to a custom one that split the day on evening session vs pit session, the profile does not behave as expected and covers the candles. When I change it back to the standard trading hours (24hr day default) it behaves as expected.

Why would that be?

Well, I tired switching the "trading hours" settings back and forth, and by magic, the volume profile started behaving as expected. Now, the Z order of the bars is in front of the profile. Don't ask me what made the difference, as it's exactly the same chart with which I started. In any event, thanks.
