FXCM Sim account not showing correct P&L

Hi,
I have recently set up a connection to FXCM.
When running the Sim there are no profits registering.
If I get stopped out it it seems to work fine and whatever amount comes off the Sim account balance but when a target is hit nothing is added.
when a trade is in profit chart trader shows say 15 pips profit but if I set it to show currency, it shows zero.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3245503" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
