Problem with real-time data

Hi Support,
i have a problem with platform. I have a real-time data from interactive brokers and i'm connected, but when i use chart with any stock, chart is not moving and i have to refresh chart manualy. But when i used ticker for eur/usd or other currency, than chart is moving normal. I'm connected only to IB, i have real-time data from IB and i use minut's chart.

The first troubleshooter when dealing with Interactive Brokers connection issues is to check what version of TWS are you using.

You'll need to be using the supported version of TWS as per the connection guide below to ensure the connection functions correctly:

Using any other version such as the newest build 10.10, will cause such undesired functionality. The standalone, supported version can be downloaded above and used with NinjaTrader.
