Username and password are incorrect

I can log in just fine to the client portal with my username and password.

I cannot however use the same username and password to log in to NT8. I downloaded the free platform and also PAID over $300 buck and have received very little assistance or help. I've sent sevral request to customer support, all of which have been ignored??

WTH is going on?

Our customer support team generally replies to every email in under 15 minutes. If you have not received a reply it likely means our emails are either marked as spam or are sent to the incorrect email address.
