No real time data

Hello,

Out of nowhere, I no longer have access to real-time data on my charts. The real time data quotes show up in the DOM but not in the charts. The only thing the chart shows is historical price. Please advise.

Hello Shiveing, Thank you for your post. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
