Data is connected but charts dont move

8.0.24.3 64-bit version Seemingly out of the blue, my charts do not move with price or time. DOM and chart trader show bids and asks but the charts do not move at all. Renko, minute, or day. I use IB data connection. I did recently install an indicator that I suspect caused this, but I am not certain as I used it for a week or so. I used recovery to a prior workspace but that did not help.

The exact same thing is happening to me. I can load historical data but can't see real time data. If anyone finds a solution please post it. Thanks!

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 3239411 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
