Volatility Index-Available with Continuum ?

Is the Volatility Index,^VIX, available with Continuum ?

I have a lifetime License.
I ran "Update Instruments" and "Update Instrument Lists" under Database Management.
Using symbol ^VIX, from the list, I'm not getting any Historical Data for 1 day or 1 minute data.

indicates that Index data is available with Continuum.

What am I doing wrong ?

Unfortunately, ^VIX is not a supported index with Continuum and other CQG-based connections. Please see the following link outlining supported indexes on these data providers.

Please keep in mind that you must be enabled by your broker before you'd be able to receive data for any of these indexes.
