Chart Window Freezes after a few minutes

I upgraded my graphics card to GTX 960 yesterday. However, i noticed today that one of my chart windows (i have 10 open); have been freezing after some time. I have tried reinstalling my NT8 (clean installation) but the same chart will freeze after a few minutes of working fine. I have the latest drivers installed for the graphics card. So, I'm not sure what's causing this issue; whether it is the graphics card or an NT8 bug.
Any suggestions?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
