NJ8 older version update

been awhile since i opened up on the back up pc / first said the version of 8 was to old when i went to direct download it did not recognize key
then i downloaded the new version the overwrite had issues so i removed started fresh and got this message any guidance would be helpful

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Tyler thank you for quick response / problem is once you close those warning windows the application closes it can not open beyond what you see in photo unfortunately

As an alternative, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
• Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 3230122 Attn Tyler
