    Switched Computers , Wheres Live Account ?

    I installed NT8 on another computer , when I connect to the ninja continuum live , I don't see me live account listed ? On my other computer I see it under accounts but on this new computer its not showing up .

    Thank you for your post.

    The most common item that causes this is having the Simulation License entered into your platform which will not show any connected live accounts.

    You may check by going to the Control Center > Help > License Key. If you current key starts with a @SIM this would be the Simulation License Key.

    To input your live license key please disconnect from any active connected then navigate to the same window and copy and paste your live license key into the License Key window.

    Then click 'OK' to save your changes.

      That fixed it !

      I thought I put my Live License key in when I downloaded NT8 , but I guess I didn't because it still had a simulation key . Thanks ,
