    Error message, please help

    This error message appears when I try and log onto ninja trader from my aws cloud.

    " There only can be one instance of ninja trader running at a time (ninjatrader/2). Please terminate any other instance of ninjatrader before starting a new instance."

    Does anyone know why this is happening. Last week I was able to run ninja trader on my aws cloud with no issues while my laptop ran my other ninja trader platform. Please help.

    Thank you for your note.

    This message will appear if there are any NinjaTrader related processes running in the background at the time of attempting to launch the platform. Please open the task manager (CTRL + SHIFT + ESC on keyboard) and end any and all NinjaTrader processes before attempting to launch again.

    Please let us know if you continue to see the same.
