Left Mouse clicking in Right Scale brings up chart panel control window. Anyway to avoid this? Can be in the way when trading.

Glad to assist. This would be unexpected if all message / options windows are closed. Can you please post a screen shot of what you are clicking outside of the Control Center that is being up the Control Center?

If you left click in the chart display itself, does any window pop up?

It seems your mouse is registering a double click action, as double clicking the price scale will open this window.

If a double click is not being performed, this likely indicates an issue with the mouse, or perhaps settings within the PC regarding double clicking.
