SuperDOM data not coming through Continuum connection

Hi, I cannot seem to find any information about this.

I have an account with Phillip Hill and am using the NT Continuum connection ($12/month), however I do not get market depth data on the SuperDOM across any of the futures contracts. I have looked at the properties in the SuperDOM and made sure the "show market depth" is ticked.

What do I need to do to get full SuperDOM data?
