Level 2 data from Interactive Brokers (IB)

Hi

I use NinjaTrader 8 with Interactive Brokers Gateway API. I do get level 1 data seamlessly but when I click on the Level 2 windows I only get level 2 data for large cap stocks like AAPL, MSFT, FB but if enter small cap stocks like BNGO ()Bionano Genomics) or BTBT (Bit Digital), I only get top of the bid and ask. Can you please tell me how to resolve it?? Check the images for reference

Can you please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
