is there an option to create mini charts lets say 3"x3" without having any margins or borders on the side, also the space on the side where it show price when you hover over with crosshair.

Thanks for your post.
You can resize a chart to be any size you desire with the Windows controls to resize a window and the window will rescale the chart to those dimensions. To save more space, right click on the Properties, uncheck Show Tabs and Show Scroll Bar.
You may make the price axis transparent by right-clicking on the background of your chart, then left-clicking the Properties button. Go to Lines > Axis and change the color to transparent. You may also hide the price marker by right-clicking on your chart background, selecting 'Data Series', locating Visual > Price Marker and deselecting the 'Visible' property.
