    shared services: can't link to twitter

    Hi!
    When I try to authorize Ninja to use my twitter account, after I enter my credentials, I receive this message: "This browser is no longer supported"
    How can I get it working?

    Thank you for your post.



    Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

    Include ticket number 3205857 in the body of the email.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

          I sent an email to Jason explaining the problem was solved.
          I was using a twitter account created from a google account. The twitter account didn't have a password set. After I set a password I was able to link Ninja to Twitter.

            I cannot link to twitter, the response said I need to have microsoft edge or chrome or safari,. But I got microsoft edge using twitter, why can't I connect ?

              Do you have a password configured for your Twitter account?

              Can you please tell me what the error message exactly states or send me a screenshot of the entire error message.

              Could it be incorrect Twitter username/password information is used?

                  Am I correct you see the error message in the attached screenshot when you try to authorize Twitter? This error message only shows for 5 seconds and then fades away.

                  If so, it indicates the incorrect Twitter username/password is being used. Please make sure the correct username and password are used in the Authorize window.

                    SO ,what user name should I put , a NT8 user name or a Twitter user name. Because I use my own username and password in my twitter account and it won't work

                        At this time, getting Twitter notifications on a chart is not possible.
