PnL/Cash Value issue

Hi, I am running a few live simulation accounts trading stocks using the sample strat included. All these accounts have been set to either $1mil or $100k. The PnL is negative on all accounts, however the cash value on 4/6 of them is higher than when I started. Negative returns are also shown in the real-time strategy analyzer . What should I believe? Thank you.

If these were live accounts, the Gross Realized PnL, Realized Pnl and Total PnL would be reset by the broker periodically and the timing would be broker dependant. The SIM account is reset when you restart NinjaTrader. Cash Value of sim accounts would only be reset when resetting the account manually from the accounts tab. Have you closed and reopened NinjaTrader since you started using these accounts? If so, we'd expect that the cash value would not necessarily match the pnl statistics shown in the Accounts tab as those would simply be for your latest session and not overall since the account started being used.
