wrong symbol feed

Hi,

I have imported instruments lists from all the major stock exchanges of North America (from eoddata). All the tickers are valid and current. Some instruments though are not retrieving the data correctly from my interactive broker data feed.

For example, if I add the symbol BBIG from Nasdaq (Vinco Ventures), Ninja Trader always tries to read BBIG from the TSE exchange (Horizons Global) even though I specified BBIG was from the Nasdaq when I imported my instrument list. This seems to happen on a few instruments. Any help? Thanks

Thanks for writing in.

Please verify the exchange that is in the instrument's configuration.

This can be done within the instrument's settings.

• Go to Control Center > Tools > Instruments
• Select an instrument and click Edit
• Select the correct exchange if needed
• Click OK to save the changes
