Having trouble getting new chart to load data

I use NT8 to trade the ES and it works great, but when I try to open a chart for AAPL stock, it just gives me a blank chart. I've attached a screenshot of the settings, not sure what I'm doing wrong

Thanks for posting.

This indicates that the data feed you are connected to is for futures only and does not support equities. Below is a link with more information about which instrument types are supported by which data feeds:

In order to load data for equities such as AAPL, you would need a data subscription from one of the providers that supports this. For more information, please contact platformsales[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.
