Can only apply Strategy to Sim Account

I have entered my full broker license key but when I apply or edit a strategy I can only select a sim account, how do I apply it to my live trading account?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow these steps to enable the ability to place live trades:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools menu.
• Left-click on the ‘Global Simulation Mode’ option.

You will now be able to select any live account associated with your connected data feed in any Account drop-down box on any order entry window.

Global simulation is disabled for me and I still don't see my live account. My account is funded with Phillips, purchased data with Kinetick and I have a lifetime license with Ninjatrader. What am I missing?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3190437" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
