what is this error about and how do i fix it ?

So that I may better assist, is this order being submitted through an automated strategy or manually?

If through an automated strategy, was this strategy provided by a third party vendor or developed by you personally?

no it was submitted manually, my broker is FXCM and i rang them and they said the issue is with NinjaTrader not with them, this is strange as it only happens on 1 pair, CHF/JPY, I can submit orders on any other pairs perfectly fine.
