    D2D error = 'HRESULT: [0x887A0022]

    Hello,

    i have these errors loading my workspaces
    i have 2 nvidia gt740 and 1 nvidia gtx610
    I have windows 10 updated and the latest version nvidia drivers

    Any ideas?

D2D error = 'HRESULT: [0x887A0022], Module: [Unknown], ApiCode: [Unknown / Unknown], Message: There is no resource available at the time of the call, but it may be available later.

    Can you please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: Att Jason, 3187380

                    We would troubleshoot this error on a case by case basis, after reviewing your platform files.

                    Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look into what may be occurring.

                    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

                    Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

                    Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

                    If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.

                      Hi Erick, thanks for the reply, apologies for the delayed response we are going to try a fresh install of windows first I will revert if there is still an issue.
