When you have more than one connection connected at the same time (e.g. if you have an FXCM live account and an FXCM demo account connected at the same time) and you open a new chart, which connection will the live market data that is printing real-time new candles be coming from ?

Generally, it is the order in which you connected ...

Unless you circumvent this by setting up 'Preferred Connections'.

Go to Control Center -> Tools -> Options -> Market data.

Glad to assist. With two FXCM connections in use, the above via bltdavid is correct, the first connected connection will be used unless preferred are set. In addition, See the below section of our help guide for more on these settings.
