Tick Counter "double up"

Hi, I'm using a 2000 tick chart, with an add on indicator "TickCounterEnhanced", although this is the only tick counter selected in Indicators, after the chart has been opened for a while, the standard Tick Counter appears over the enhanced tick counter and the two count at different times.....can anyone please help?

Hello GaryOz,

Can you please remove the "TickCounterEnhanced" indicator then apply the default "Tick counter" indicator. If you do not see the same behavior with the default "Tick counter" indicator applied I suggest contacting the vendor that provided the "TickCounterEnhanced" to verify if they have had this reported by other users using their add-on in NinjaTrader.

Thanks for the quick reply, I don't have the problem if I only use the Ninja Tick Counter.......with the 'add on' counter, I just have to delete it from my chart and reinstall it whenever the glitch occurs but I will contact the supplier to see if there's a fix for it
