New live account with funds, Need help connecting to Continuum.

My sim account is expired so now i have opened a live account. Okay so the brokerage sent me an email with my credentials, specifically the 'Account name' and 'Account Number when the Platform asks for "Username' and 'Password' I tried these creds on the platform to connect and did not work. I also tried using my Ninjatrader Account information, also did not work.

So where the heck is my credentials if these arent them and how do i get off this frickin sim account and onto my live.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3183211 " in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

In NT8 Control Center, along the top, click on Connections
Connections menu appears, click on 'Configure' in lower right
In top left 'Available' list, do you see 'NinjaTrader Continuum'?
If yes, click on it
if not, stop, send email to support, get this resolved
Ok, then click 'add' in lower right of 'Configured' list
your username/pasword are entered in right panel
