Historical Data Download Doesn't end

    Historical Data Download Doesn't end

    Hi,

    I don't see any message or ending of historical data download, not sure what is going on. I can see in Tool->Historical data and see that data has been downloaded.
    I have loaded the tick data and using the renko chart as you can see in the screen shot.

    My NQ charts are also not loading correcting once if force quit this data download.

    Any idea what might be going on here?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3183203" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
