Rithmic data connection

Good Morning!

I have a Rithmic data sub through Bookmap and am having trouble connecting my data to NT8. I see a "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage" but not a regular "Rithmic" option that is shown in the Connections training video. Please advise.

Thank you for the question.

The License key that is entered into the NinjaTrader platform is what dictates the connections that are available to connect to.

If you would like to change what your NinjaTrader License key is enabled to connect to, you will want to reach out to PlatformSales[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com and let them know that you would like to be enabled for the 'Rithmic' connection type.

You probably have a Single Broker license.
