Playback shows historical data ends on 5/5/2021 but data available for 5/6/2021

The playback dialog shows that data only goes back to 5/5/2021:



But the historical data dialog shows that data is available on 5/6/2021:


Why can't I see the 5/6/2021 data in the playback?

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 3181666 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thank you to NinjaTrader support for their quick help on resolution my problem. For those interested the solution is I did not have tick data available. Even though I was only displaying on 5 minute charts the playback mechanism needs tick data. As soon as I downloaded the appropriate tick data, the playback worked.
