I am running Ninjatrader 8. I have used replay a lot. I have downloaded the data. I connect to Playback Connection. I do not have playback controls. I can not see the window. I do not have the playback control on my windows toolbar. The only window I show it the Main Ninjatrader 8 window. I reinstalled Ninjatrader last night. I still don’t get the window.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3178623" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
