Connection Problem

Hi

I trade using NT8 connected to FXCM. Today I cannot connect to FXCM's data feed whereas I could yesterday. I can connect to their feed if I use their tradestation platform. NT8 shows the yellow circle and appears to be trying to connect but the connection does not happen. Everything worked fine yesterday. The only other thing to take place last thing yesterday was a Windows update as I shut down. FXCM say this is an NT8 issue. Any help appreciated

I suspect that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.
